BIO

With 10+ years of experience building brands across sports, media, and entertainment, Hayley has a proven ability to craft innovative design that drives fan engagement and brand growth across social media, content, web, consumer products, email marketing, and experiential design. She’s experienced in managing teams of designers to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Hayley Lane currently serves as Art Director at TOGETHXR and has been with the company since its inception in 2021. She oversees the brand identity across all TOGETHXR and A Touch More platforms. 

TOGETHXR has become the fastest-growing and most-engaging women’s sports brand on social media. She shapes the look and feel of TOGETHXR’s brand — overseeing the design on all digital platforms, content, events, merch, website, brand partnerships, and more. She has expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, Klayvio, Shopify, Figma & more.

In her five-season career with the Los Angeles Chargers, she experienced the team’s relocation to Los Angeles which came with a full rebrand of the former San Diego Chargers brand including all brand identity, uniforms, and more. She’s designed all print collateral and digital signage at three stadiums — namely the world-renowned SoFi Stadium.

Hayley’s passion for sports and design started started at a young age working as the Lead Sports Editor for her award-winning high school yearbook. She went on to study at the University of Oregon, majoring in Advertising and Journalism with a focus in graphic design and digital arts.
